You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with Xlaxyronchol subject to the following terms:
To cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions that may affect safety or service quality. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
If you need to modify the scope of work after a service agreement has been signed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust the service plan and pricing accordingly.
Since our services involve professional tree and shrub care work that is performed on your property, the following refund policy applies:
Once tree or shrub care services have been completed, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to any cancellation fees that may apply.
If you have purchased an annual maintenance plan and wish to cancel, please contact us. Refunds for unused portions of maintenance plans will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any services already provided.
